You keep the rights you already hold in the prompts, files and documents you submit. You must have permission to upload what you upload.

Subject to our Terms & Conditions and applicable law, you may use the output generated for your account, including commercially. Similar output may be generated for other people, and copyright in AI-generated material differs between countries.

The BQ Sqwad AI name, logo, interface, software and documentation belong to BQ Sqwad Technologies. Please do not copy the brand or use it in a way that suggests an endorsement that does not exist.

To report material you believe infringes your rights, email hello@bqsqwadai.com with:

1. identification of the work and of the material in question;
2. a link or other way for us to find it;
3. your contact details;
4. a statement that you hold the rights or act for the rights holder, and that the information is accurate.

We review reports promptly and may remove content or restrict accounts. Repeat infringement can end an account.

If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to our notice explaining why and we will review it.
