Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

You keep the rights to the material you upload. You grant us the limited licence we need to store and process it in order to run the feature you requested. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, including photos, voices, audio and video of other people.

Subject to our Terms and Community Guidelines, you may use the text, images, video, animation and audio you generate, including commercially. AI output may not always be unique, and copyright protection for AI-generated material differs by country, so we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

The BQ Sqwad AI name, logo, software, product design, and our original characters and worlds — including the official animation characters and the LANDLY universe — belong to BQ Sqwad Technologies. Do not copy, resell or misrepresent them as your own, and do not use our brand in a way that implies partnership or endorsement.

If you believe content in BQ Sqwad AI infringes your copyright, email hello@bqsqwadai.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

• Identification of the work you say is infringed;
• The exact location (URL or in-app reference) of the material;
• Your name, address, email and, where relevant, the rights holder you act for;
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days and may remove or restrict the material while we review it. Repeat infringement leads to account termination. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to us with a counter-notice explaining why you have the right to use it.
