AI Usage Policy

This policy sets out how the AI features of BQ Sqwad AI — chat, live voice, live camera, image and video generation, transcription, translation, agents and business assistants — may be used. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

AI output can be inaccurate or fabricated, and confident phrasing is not proof of accuracy. Check anything consequential, and never treat output as professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

• Generating sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises real people without consent.
• Creating deceptive impersonations, fake identity documents, or misleading political or health claims.
• Producing malware, exploits, or instructions for weapons or serious physical harm.
• Automated harassment, spam, or high-volume scraping.
• Presenting AI output as human-written where that would deceive someone materially.

Where you let a business assistant reply to customers, you remain responsible for what it says. Automatic publishing or replying only happens where you or your administrator explicitly enabled an automation rule, and human takeover and approval controls stay available.

Device actions run only when you clearly and explicitly ask for them. The assistant does not perform device actions from ordinary conversation.

We may limit features, suspend an account or report unlawful activity where this policy is broken. Report misuse to hello@bqsqwadai.com.
