They apply to everything you submit to or create with BQ Sqwad AI — prompts, uploads, voice input, camera frames, generated videos, animations and any content you share with others through the product.

• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualisation of children.
• Non-consensual sexual content, or explicit content presented to minors.
• Violent extremism, terrorism, or incitement of violence against people.
• Harassment, hate speech, or attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Instructions for weapons, explosives, drugs or serious self-harm.
• Fraud, scams, malware, phishing or unauthorised access attempts.
• Impersonating a real person, or creating a speaking avatar from someone's photo or voice without their permission.
• Deceptive political, medical or financial misinformation.
• Uploading personal data about other people without a lawful basis.

Only point the live camera at scenes you have permission to capture, and do not use voice, camera or device actions to record, track or control anyone without their knowledge and consent.

BQ Sqwad AI is not intended for children under 13. Educational and animation features used with young learners should be supervised by a parent, guardian or teacher.

Report violations to hello@bqsqwadai.com. Depending on severity we may refuse a request, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Serious violations can result in immediate termination without refund.
