Account & Data Deletion Request

1. Enter the email address of the BQ Sqwad AI account you want deleted.
2. We email that address a confirmation link. Deletion only proceeds after you click it, so nobody can request deletion of an account they do not control.
3. Once confirmed, our team processes the deletion and permanently removes your account and associated data within 30 days.
4. You receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete.

• Your account and authentication identity (email / sign-in provider link).
• Your profile details, preferences, saved voice and memory settings.
• AI conversations, prompts, transcripts, generated text, images, video, animation and audio stored under your account.
• Files and uploads you sent for analysis, generation, editing or translation.
• Learning progress, companion history, business workspace content and referrals.
• Your remaining credit balance and any active subscription entitlement.

• Payment and transaction records — retained for accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations (typically up to 7 years, as required by applicable law). Card details are never held by us; they stay with our payment processor.
• Security and abuse logs — retained in minimised form for up to 12 months to protect the service.
• Aggregated / anonymised analytics — retained, but it can no longer be linked back to you.

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Any active subscription is cancelled; unused credits are not refundable.
• You can cancel a pending request before it is processed by emailing us from the same address.
